We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with tags. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start a return. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions if your return is approved. E-mail us at email@example.com for any questions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, and sale items. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. We'll inform you if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
